Booking and Cancellation Policy

Once a booking has been confirmed, shifts may be cancelled without charge provided that cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking date and time.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking date and time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the original booking amount.
